Howie came within a couple hours of my call to measure and give me an estimate. Great prices, replacement glass was ordered and installed a couple days later. Howie was wonderful. I contacted him about an issue we were having and he was able to give me an accurate quote from... pictures. Although I know that’s probably not typical, and our job was pretty small, it was very appreciated to save us time and hassle. Mike was very communicative and fast. I called on a Monday, he came to look at it on Tuesday and did the repair Friday.... He was done with putting in the one window in less than half an hour. It helps if you can be flexible on timing since they are gong from job to job.The only thing I have to add in however many months later is that the window was much more wavy than our other windows.read more
